Satellite programs offer sponsors the opportunity to provide professional attendees with comprehensive insights into important interventional topics and issues facing today’s cardiovascular surgeons and interventional specialists. The satellite program schedule is comprised of two lunch programs.
Satellite programs (which occupy one slot per day) will be held on Monday, December 9 from 12:35 PM to 1:35 PM and on Tuesday, December 10 from 1:05 PM to 2:05 PM. See below for more details including when lunch will be served.
Satellite programs can attract approximately 300 attendees.
The application fee to conduct a satellite program is €15,000.
This fee includes meeting space rental and room setup, audiovisual setup, registration services (in advance of the meeting and on site), the use of the pre-registration mailing list (which does not include e-mail addresses) to promote the program, and symposium promotion on the program website and any meeting-associated collateral.
The following items are not included in the application fee: food, beverage, and faculty expenses.
